Phase 1 - Individual Team Player
The initial phase focuses in on each team member analyzing the role they play on the team. We utilize the MBTI and TKI to get a clear picture of how individual personality and conflict styles may be affecting the team.
Phase 2 - Team Process
The second phase addresses base line issues like trust, conflict, and accountability. We build off the work of Patrick Lencioni's classic book The Five Dysfunctions of a Team. Model
Phase 3 - Team Thinking
Phase 3 focuses on a team's creative problem solving approach. Analyzing each team members thinking style with the FourSight Assessment and evaluating the constellation of thinking styles on the team.
